Mental Health Week 2018

This week has been 'Mental Health Week' in school. We thought about different feelings we might have and what we should do when we experience them. We talked about counting to 10, taking a deep breath, walking away, explaining how we feel to a friend or known adult. We enjoyed a yoga session where we thought about being calm and relaxed.
